Everyone loves a morning where there's really nothing to do but grab a coffee and be lazy all day. Soho is my favorite"morning area" of NYC to just sit at a coffee shop and walk the little streets. Ill recommend you my favorite little spots in Soho. Happy Bones coffee shop has to be my favorite coffee in the city. I always order their Chai lattes (they're amazing!) my only advice is to get there early! It is always full by 11 am! My next favorite spot is Shu's flower shop! They're well known for little terrariums made with cool structures and vases (very geometrical) filled with cacti, orchids, little rocks, and other mini things. The flower shop is very magical and smells amazing! Go and customize your own arrangement! you will not regret it! Finally, just strolling around Nolita is going to guarantee you a great morning! Enjoy!

Sometimes when it starts getting cold out like this week, your in a rush and throw something on. Most of the time what you threw on was super plain and sometimes boring. I really do believe little things like lipstick can make an outfit. I got some lip sticks this weekend and played around with them and with outfits. Firstly, i found that the deep wine red i got from Milani (called black cherry) was my favorite. The other deep burgundy red is from Laura Geller and is great because its a lip crayon and acts like lip gloss as well. I paired it with tight black jeans, an oversized, distressed wild fox sweater, a black jacket over, and lastly a big cashmere scarf from club monaco. the lipstick really pulled the outfit together because the outfit was all solid colors and dark, the lipstick matched but gave a pop of color as well. the other fall lipstick trends i liked were nude-ish pink tones that go well with dark and pastel outfits. I wore it to a party with dark jeans and a navy top, but also with a pale blue sweater and light wash jeans. that lipstick is from maybeline and was called salutary sand, and the other brush lipstick was from Mally.

Hey, haven't posted in a while! Here are some good beauty essentials for lazy days that just require a little under eye makeup and blush! Hervana Benefit blush, benefit record concealer which really cover up well, for a special touch: mac classic red lipstick, benefit mascara, and most importantly, Moroccanoil light hair treatment.

A friend asked me to sketch up some wedding gowns for herself, the best inspiration was found here: Monique Lhuillier, Vera Wang, Zac Posen, Marchesa, and more on Pinterest. Here iv'e sketched a tight bodice flowing into a middle section of silk and tulle and sides of large floral lace. This dress is perfect for a summer beach wedding because of the slight open leg that gives it a fun feel.
